Firecrawl is a well-known API for turning websites into LLM-ready data. If all you need is scrape and crawl, it is a reasonable choice and we will say so. Here is where the two differ.
Pricing, as of Oct 2026
Firecrawl’s prices below come from its public pricing page. Ours are the proposed launch prices on our pricing page.
| Firecrawl | AgentsRecon | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry paid plan | Hobby, $19/mo for 5k credits | Starter, $19/mo for 5,000 pages |
| Mid plan | Standard, $99/mo for 100k credits | Pro, $79/mo for 50,000 pages |
| Unit | Credits | Pages (weighted credits for brand calls) |
| Free tier | See their page | 100 pages/mo |
Credits and pages are not the same unit, so a straight price per thousand needs care. One page scrape is one page here. Check how Firecrawl counts credits for the features you use. At the $99 tier Firecrawl gives you more volume than our $79 plan; at the entry tier the prices match.
What differs
- Brand and styleguide. We extract logo, colors, fonts and CSS tokens as first-class calls. See brand extraction.
- Classification. NAICS and SIC codes from a site, built in. See classification.
- One-time exports. Buy a whole site as Markdown from $9 (sign in with a Titanium Labs magic link).
- Maturity. Firecrawl has been around longer and has a bigger community. We are new.
Which to pick
Pick Firecrawl if you want the most established scrape and crawl API and do not need brand data. Pick AgentsRecon if you want scraping plus brand, styleguide and classification under one key, or one-off site exports. Try ours free on the home page.
