AgentsRecon is operated by Titanium Labs LLC ("we"). This policy covers agentsrecon.com, the API at api.agentsrecon.com and the dashboard at app.agentsrecon.com.

What we collect

Account data. Email address and login identity, handled through Titanium Labs login and licensing.
API usage. Request metadata (endpoint, time, status, page counts) used for billing, rate limits and abuse prevention.
URLs you submit. The URL you enter in the home-page tool or send to the API, and the public content we fetch from it to produce your result.
Network data. IP address and user agent, used for rate limiting and security.
Payment data. Handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. The only browser storage this site uses on its own is a light/dark theme preference.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, DNS and the Turnstile human check, and a payment processor for purchases. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Retention

Usage logs are kept long enough to bill, secure and debug the service. Results of one-time site exports are available for a limited time after purchase and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data. If you are in the EU/UK or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, including the right to object to processing and to opt out of sale (we do not sell). Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
