These terms govern your use of AgentsRecon, a service of Titanium Labs LLC. By using the service you agree to them and to the acceptable use policy.
The service
AgentsRecon provides an API, SDKs, an MCP server and one-time site exports that fetch and analyze publicly available web pages. Features and limits are described on the pricing page and in the docs.
Accounts and keys
You are responsible for activity under your API keys. Keep them secret and rotate them if exposed.
Billing
- Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Cancel any time in the dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Quotas reset each billing period and do not roll over.
- One-time exports are paid in advance for up to the stated page count and are delivered as a ZIP of Markdown files.
- Prices may change with notice in the changelog. Changes do not affect a period already paid.
Your content and results
You own the results you receive to the extent we have any rights in them. The underlying websites remain the property of their owners. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you retrieve.
Availability and support
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Support is by email.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend access for violations of these terms or the acceptable use policy. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law requires otherwise.
